Maltbys is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated company, who have been at the forefront of the Cost Management/Quantity Surveying profession since 1929, when Alfred Maltby commenced his quantity surveying business in Auckland. In 2009 we celebrated our 80th Anniversary.
Maltbys is currently run by six shareholder Directors, who together manage a professional staff of around twenty people through offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown.
